Asit Kumarr Modi (born 24 December 1966) is an Indian TV producer, director, actor and founder of Neela Film Productions. He is known for producing the serials, Saarrthi, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, SAB Khelo SAB Jeeto!,^[1]Wah!
